Martini Lounge

Located to the left of the restaurant’s main entrance, Saigon Saigon is impossible to miss (the pink neon sign that reads “Martini Bar” gives it away). But it’s far from a chintzy, gaudy affair; the lounge and its exotic, idiosyncratic drink selections add a cosmopolitan, trendy atmosphere to the Indochine dining room’s traditional vibe.

We took special care in designing Saigon Saigon’s exciting, innovative drink menu. The specialty martinis include the “Lychee-Tini” (a sweet, straight-up martini mixed with lychee nectar) and the “Pomegranate Martini” (where the trendy fruit’s juice adds a sparkling tartness). Kaffir lime and lemongrass martinis are future menu additions.
